Keith Grover, a Republican politician, was born in Provo, Utah. He served a mission for the LDS Church in Paraguay and earned multiple degrees, including a BS from Brigham Young University and an MEd and EdD from the University of Utah. Outside of his legislative duties, he has worked as an administrator with the Alpine School District. Grover has a long history in the Utah legislature, serving in the House from 2007-2018, then in the Senate representing District 15 (2018-2022), and currently representing Senate District 23 since 2023.
