Kelly A. Elardo has been a resident of Wharton for nearly 20 years. She was elected to the Wharton Board of Education in 2022 and is in the second year of her three-year term. Her two sons attended district schools and now attend Morris Hills High School. Elardo has a history of volunteerism within the school community, having been a member of the Wharton PTA and serving as its President from 2017-2021. She is also a committee member for Wharton BSA Troop 67.
