Kenneth A. Kiler

Kenneth A. Kiler is a Republican candidate running for re-election to the Board of County Commissioners for Carroll County, Maryland, representing District 2. A lifelong resident of Carroll County, Kiler has served as District 2 Commissioner since December 2022 and currently serves as the Board's President. Before joining the Board of Commissioners, he served on the Carroll County Board of Education from 2018 to 2022, including a term as its president. Kiler earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Washington College and served in the Maryland Army National Guard. He had a long career as a construction executive and actively volunteers in his community.
