Kevin Payne

Kevin Payne is an incumbent Arizona State Senator representing Legislative District 27. A common-sense conservative, he champions limited government, low taxes, and individual freedom, advocating for balanced budgets and strong schools. His legislative priorities include protecting Second Amendment rights, promoting school choice, election integrity, parental rights, and medical freedom, alongside making Arizona a job-friendly state. A U.S. Navy veteran, he has a background in electrical engineering, aerospace consulting, and information technology, and is also a small business owner. Prior to his current role, he served eight years as an Arizona State Representative. He is married with four children and eight grandchildren. He is running for re-election.
