Kevin R. Tucker

Kevin R. Tucker is the Republican candidate and current Clerk of the Circuit Court for Washington County, Maryland. A native of Washington County, he has dedicated many years to the local court system. Tucker joined the office as a Deputy Clerk in 2007, advancing to Chief Deputy Clerk in 2017. He was appointed Acting Clerk in July 2018 before winning election in November 2018 and securing re-election in 2022. He holds a BA and an MA in business administration from Frostburg State University. Additionally, he served as Chair of the Conference of Circuit Court Clerks and is a Washington County Republican Club member.
