Dr. Kevin W. Parson is a non-partisan candidate for the Board of Education At Large in the Baltimore City At-Large contest in Maryland. Raised in Baltimore, he earned a B.A. from Morgan State University and a Doctor of Health Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg. With over 30 years in educational administration, Parson served as the founding principal of the BDJ STEM Academy. His local service includes two terms on the Democratic State Central Committee for the 45th District and working as an aide for the City Council. Previously a candidate for the school board in 2022, Parson advocates for school safety and teacher recruitment.
