Kim Mills

Kim Mills is a Republican politician from Maryland currently serving on the Anne Arundel County Republican Central Committee representing Councilmanic District 4. She was elected to her current four-year term on the committee in July 2022 and assumed office in November 2022. During that same election cycle, Mills also ran as the Republican nominee for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 33A, where she advanced from the primary unopposed before being defeated in the general election. As a dedicated member of her local party apparatus, Mills resides in Odenton, Maryland, and is seeking re-election to the Republican Central Committee in the upcoming 2026 primary cycle.
