Kimberly L. Edwards is an American politician and social worker serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives for the 12th district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, she was first elected in 2022 and won re-election in 2024. Born on the west side of Detroit, Edwards currently resides in Eastpointe. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bennett College and has worked as a master's level clinical social worker and mental health professional.
