Lamont G. McClure is an attorney and the former Northampton County Executive, serving from 2018 to early 2026. Prior to his election as County Executive, McClure served on the Northampton County Council from 2006 to 2013. A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, he earned a bachelor's degree in History and International Studies from Wilkes University and a J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law. He has specialized in workers' compensation and asbestos litigation. He resides in Bethlehem Township.
