Larry Taylor is the current Mayor Pro Tempore and is serving his fourth term on the Town Council. He has been a resident of Nashville for over 38 years. His background includes service in the US Air Force, a 34-year career as a federal employee, and extensive local service with the Nash County Sheriff's Office, Nashville Police Auxiliary, and Nashville Fire Department. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Nash Community College.
