She previously ran for this House seat in 2022 and for Birmingham City Council in 2019. Millhouse is running to provide strong, accountable leadership, advocating for improved healthcare, safer neighborhoods, support for seniors, stronger schools, and community investment, drawing on over three decades of public service.
