Libby Hall

Elizabeth M. (Libby) Hall is a Republican official serving as a Judge of the Orphans' Court for Somerset County, Maryland. Hall first assumed office as a judge on the court in December 2014, serving until July 2016, at which point she was elevated to the position of Chief Judge. She served as Chief Judge until December 2022. She successfully ran for re-election as a Republican candidate in the November 2022 general election alongside Kathleen L. Crossan and Stephen Willing, securing a new four-year term that extends to 2026. Hall continues to serve the residents of Somerset County from the county courthouse located in Princess Anne.
