Lindsey Doyle is a Democratic public service leader and climate resilience expert who briefly ran for the Democratic Central Committee in Maryland’s Legislative District 21, located in Prince George's County, during the 2026 election cycle. With fourteen years of experience, Doyle serves as the Executive Director of the American Red Cross of Southern Maryland. Previously, she was a USAID Director leading the President's Emergency Plan for Adaptation and Resilience, a White House climate initiative. Doyle has also served as an expert on the Maryland Food System Resiliency Council and holds degrees from Georgetown and Uppsala Universities.
