Lisa Dickerson is a Democratic candidate for the Democratic Central Committee in Legislative District 26. With a background in public service, she was appointed as the Administrator of the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) in 2005, where she focused on improving customer service. Prior to leading the MTA, she served as an Assistant Secretary at the Maryland Department of Transportation, where she worked to implement MBE reform and increase the hiring of women and minorities. Her experience also includes 13 years as president and CEO of a private airport ground transportation company and work with the NAACP as the manager of national field operations.
