Lisa Maria Medina Smith

Lisa Maria Medina grew up in Vineland, New Jersey. She earned a BA in Communications from the University of Delaware and an MA in Communication Management from Emerson College. Her career began at the American Diabetes Association, where she managed logistics for fundraising events. For over a decade, she has worked at Amazon, leading technical programs that involve coordinating teams and managing budgets. She has also managed multiple local political campaigns, including city council races and ballot initiatives. She lives in a multigenerational home in Newburyport's Ward 5 with her husband, two children, and her mother.
