London Lamar

London Lamar is a dedicated legislator representing Tennessee's 33rd Senate District, where she serves as the youngest female and African American Senator in state history. A third-generation resident, she graduated from Saint Mary's College. Lamar has served eight years in the Tennessee General Assembly, initially in the House and appointed to the Senate in 2022. An innovative and socially conscious advocate, she champions strong schools, healthy families, and safe communities. She has advanced policies on maternal health, human trafficking, criminal justice, and voting rights, committed to putting people's priorities over politics.
