Loni Moyer is a Democratic candidate for Judge of the Orphans' Court in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. A lifelong resident of Annapolis, she has long been active in local civic and political affairs. Moyer previously served on the Annapolis Democratic Central Committee, to which she was elected in 2001, and applied for an appointment to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2020. She comes from a family with deep roots in local public service, as both her mother and late father served as mayors of Annapolis. Outside of politics, Moyer is a professional landscape designer who founded Garden Girls LLC, a landscaping business focused on native plantings.
