Lori Den Hartog

Lori Den Hartog is an incumbent Idaho State Senator for District 22, first elected in 2014 and currently serving her sixth term. She is seeking re-election in the 2026 Republican primary. Her professional background includes experience in land use and transportation planning and grant administration. She earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Dordt University and is a graduate of Nampa Christian High School. Senator Den Hartog is married to Scott and they have three children. As a Republican Senator, she serves as Senate Majority Leader and co-chairs the Occupational and Professional Licensure Review Committee, in addition to her roles on the Local Government & Taxation and State Affairs committees.
