Luc Jasmin Iii

Luc Jasmin III, 40, a first-generation Haitian American from Spokane, Washington, is running for State Representative, Legislative District 3. He earned a bachelor's in elementary education and owns Parkview Early Learning Center, also leading the Washington Childcare Centers Association. Jasmin serves as Eastern Washington's Representative for Governor Bob Ferguson, a role he also held under Governor Inslee, bridging state leadership with Eastern Washington communities. He previously chaired the Spokane City Police Ombudsman Commission and was Second Vice President of NAACP Spokane, focusing his career on early childhood education and small business development. He is a Democrat endorsed by Spokane County Democrats and Spokane County Young Democrats.
