Ly Xinzhen Brown

Ly Xinzhen Brown is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 7A. An attorney, writer, and disability rights advocate, Brown focuses on issues of interpersonal and state violence against disabled individuals at the intersections of race, gender, and class. They have an extensive background as a community organizer and policy expert, with experience in disability rights, mental health, and educational civil rights.
