Margie Wilcox

Margie Wilcox is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Alabama's District 104, first elected in a special election in February 2014. Based in Mobile, she serves on legislative committees in Montgomery. Wilcox has sponsored significant legislation, including a bill requiring licenses and disclosures for real estate wholesalers and another authorizing oyster aquaculture licensees to serve oysters at facilities. She also supported appropriations for public education and initiatives for inland port development. She is seeking re-election in the 2026 primary.
