She earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience includes completing a federal judicial clerkship, working at the law firm Skadden Arps, and serving as the co-founder and director of the mental health technology company Ellipsis Health. In 2020, she founded ConnectedSF, a civic engagement organization.
