Mark Casler

Mark Casler is a Democratic candidate for the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 23, in the 2026 primary election. Born in Fargo, North Dakota, he completed his high school education at Trenton High School before earning an associate degree from Williston State College in 2005 and a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University in 2008. Casler's professional experience spans the retail industry and the oil and energy sector, where he worked as a Processing Officer and later as a Transloader and Scale Coordinator. A Lutheran, he previously ran for the same legislative seat in a 2024 special general election. He is actively engaged in his current campaign, having completed Ballotpedia's Candidate Connection survey.
