Mark Edelson

Mark Edelson is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Legislative District 46 in Baltimore City. He was elected in November 2022 and assumed office on January 11, 2023. An attorney by profession, Edelson is a partner at a Baltimore law firm with a background in business and commercial litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. In the Maryland General Assembly, Delegate Edelson serves on the House Appropriations Committee. His legislative work focuses on areas including public transit, environmental sustainability, gun safety, local investment, and educational improvements.
