Mark Mann is an incumbent Oklahoma State Senator for District 46, having assumed office in 2024 and securing re-election for the 2026 term. A business owner and University of Oklahoma alumnus, he was born in Muskogee and has lived with his wife, Tonya, a lifelong educator, and their two sons in District 46 for over 18 years. Mann previously served six years on the Oklahoma City school board and on various community and state boards, including an appointment by Governor Brad Henry. As a State Senator, he advocates for a woman's right to choose, strong public schools, robust workforce development, an economy for all, and better roads.
