Mark Taylor is an attorney with over a decade of experience in complex commercial litigation. A lifelong resident of Red Bank, he has a history of public service, having previously served as a Red Bank councilmember from 2016-2018 and as a charter study commissioner. He is also the President of the Red Bank Borough Education Foundation, which raises funds to support local public schools. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton, and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
