Marko G. Rivera-Oven is a Democratic Central Committee At-Large member in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he also serves as Vice Chair. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, he is a co-founder and the Director of Operations for The Upcounty Hub, a nonprofit focused on fighting food insecurity. His community involvement includes appointments by the County Executive to the Community Recovery Advisory Group and the Reimagining Public Safety Task Force. Rivera-Oven is a former EMT and volunteer firefighter, and currently serves as the Vice President of the Latino Democratic Club of Montgomery County. He is dedicated to empowering young people to engage in local politics.
