Mary C. Rolle

Mary C. Rolle, a Republican, serves as the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland, a position she has held since December 2022. Her career in public service spans various roles within the criminal justice system, including addictions counseling and parole and probation. Rolle also dedicated many years to academia as a Professor of Criminal Justice at Frederick Community College, where she received the Innovation Award in 2001. Prior to her current role, she was elected to the Orphans' Court in 2018, serving as Chief Judge until 2022. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Psychology.
