Matt Conard is a lifelong resident of Muscatine, Iowa, committed to his community. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University and an MBA from the University of Iowa, following earlier degrees from Muscatine Community College and Muscatine High School. For over two decades, he has served as Vice President of Transportation & Logistics at Kent Corporation. Conard previously served as an at-large member of the Muscatine Community School District school board from 2021 to 2025. He seeks election to contribute his experience and work ethic, focusing on community involvement, listening to people, and strong fiscal management for the public educational system's success and his community's sustainable future.
