Matt Percy is a candidate for Mayor of Circle Pines in Circle Pines, Minnesota — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Matt Percy has been a resident of Circle Pines for twenty-two years. He has been involved in numerous city groups, including serving as an adult leader for the Circle Pines Scouts BSA pack and troop 65. He has also served on the city's Planning Commission, the Centennial Fire District Steering Committee, and the Circle Pines City Council, where he has been a member since 2012. Percy works in IT for a bank in Minneapolis and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Morris (1996).
