Max Wolfley

Max Wolfley is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma's 95th District, having first assumed office in November 2020. A former teacher, coach, and flooring contractor, he earned his degree from Oklahoma State University. Wolfley is seeking re-election in the 2026 Primary. During his tenure, he has championed legislation focused on financial relief for seniors, including increasing the retirement income tax exemption and providing a sales tax rebate on hearing aids. He also advocates for student affordability, having introduced a bill to prevent higher education institutions from mandating meal plans. He represents Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas in District 95. He and his wife, Brenda, have eight children.
