Max Herrle is a Tallahassee native who was raised on Buck Lake Road and attended Leon County Schools. He has worked as a political consultant, lobbyist, and advisor for politicians and labor unions. He previously worked as a consultant for Tallahassee Commissioners Jeremy Matlow and Jack Porter and was involved with the political blog OurTallahassee. In the community, he initiated a recycling program at Buck Lake Elementary School, started Copwatch Tallahassee, and worked to bring e-scooter companies to the city.
