Michael Kirwan is a securities attorney with a 37-year legal career, including serving as a partner at Foley & Lardner. A fourth-generation Jacksonville native, he holds degrees from Duke University and Harvard Law School. Kirwan has served as the chairman of the Jacksonville Ethics Commission, where he helped draft the city's ethics code. He is running as a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House to represent Florida's 4th Congressional District.
