Michelle L. Karczeski

Michelle L. Karczeski is the Republican candidate and current Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford County, Maryland, taking office in December 2022. A lifelong resident of Harford County, she graduated from Fallston High School and earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Frostburg State University in 1992. Before taking office, Karczeski accumulated over 14 years of experience working with the Maryland Judiciary. She is the founder and president of SETA Consulting, LLC, an IT consulting firm providing project management and support services to the state's court system. She resides in Bel Air with her husband and two sons.
