Congressman Mike Kennedy is an incumbent Republican representing Utah’s 3rd Congressional District since January 2025. A family physician and attorney, he previously served ten years in Utah’s State Legislature. His legislative priorities include fiscal responsibility, limited government, and individual liberty. He has championed legislation to halt transgender medical interventions for minors, combat childcare funding fraud, safeguard public lands from foreign adversaries, and protect American workers from H-1B visa program abuses. Kennedy also supported continuing the tradition of flying the American flag on Kyhv Peak in Provo, and works to strengthen the economy and secure the border.
