Miranda Lopez is a Democratic candidate for the Arizona House of Representatives, District 21, running in the 2026 primary. A University of Arizona alumna with a Masters in Public Administration, she has dedicated eight years to grassroots organizing and public advocacy. Her background includes serving as Executive Director of the Pima County Democratic Party and advocating for students at the state legislature. Lopez champions progressive and socialist solutions, prioritizing public education (K-12 and higher), environmental protection, and making housing more affordable for working families in Southern Arizona. She runs to tackle neglected public education, rising rent, and environmental issues, believing in community-driven solutions.
