Napoleon Bracy Jr., born in 1976 or 1977, is an American Democratic politician currently serving as an incumbent member of the Alabama House of Representatives for District 98, representing Mobile County. He assumed office in January 2011 and has been re-elected multiple times, most recently in 2022. Bracy is married to Melody Bracy and they have three daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dillard University. Notably, he opposed the 2017 Alabama Memorial Preservation Act, arguing against making it harder to remove Confederate monuments. Bracy is a candidate for re-election to the Alabama House of Representatives, District 98, in the 2026 Alabama Primary Election.
