Nassie R. Lucas III, also known as Chip Lucas, is a resident of Falcon, North Carolina. His mother, the late Janice Hare Lucas, was also a former commissioner for the town of Falcon. His wife is Karen Hamilton Lucas. A 2006 commencement program from North Carolina State University lists a Nassie Ralph Lucas as a graduate. He was present at the April 21, 2025, town board meeting.
