Noel Anderson

Noël S. Anderson, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of the Rockaway Township Board of Education (K-8). She is also a Clinical Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at New York University's Steinhardt School. Dr. Anderson has held numerous leadership positions in public school districts, higher education, and national non-profit organizations, including serving as National Senior Program Director for Year Up, Inc. Her academic research focuses on urban education politics and school segregation. She served on President Joseph Biden's Education Policy Committee during his campaign.
