Noel Levy is a dedicated political figure and resident of Pikesville in Baltimore County, Maryland, where he has lived since 1993. A committed member of the Democratic Party, Levy has a history of civic engagement. He is currently a candidate for the Democratic Central Committee representing Legislative District 11B. Levy previously ran for the Baltimore County Council in 2002 and the Maryland House of Delegates in 2006.
