Noel Levy is a dedicated political figure and resident of Pikesville in Baltimore County, Maryland, where he has lived since 1993. A committed member of the Democratic Party, Levy has a history of civic engagement. He is currently a candidate for the Democratic Central Committee representing Legislative District 11B. Levy previously ran for the Baltimore County Council in 2002 and the Maryland House of Delegates in 2006. In 2007, he gained recognition as a plaintiff in an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit challenging a county ordinance that unconstitutionally restricted the placement of political yard signs, defending free speech rights.
