Norm Roche is a former Pinellas County Commissioner, where he served one term starting in 2010. During his time as commissioner, he was known for his opposition to water fluoridation and a proposed tax increase for public transit. After losing his re-election bid in 2014, he moved to Tallahassee. He has worked for the city as a temporary customer account specialist and currently works at Costco's membership desk.
