Pat Outman is the incumbent Representative in the Michigan House of Representatives for District 91. Born and raised in Six Lakes, Michigan, Outman earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and legal studies from Ferris State University. Prior to his election, he worked in his family's multi-generational construction and excavation business. He previously served as the chairman of the Montcalm County Republican Party and serves on the board of the Montcalm County Farm Bureau.
