Patrick Litton was first elected to the Town Council in 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University. He is employed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, with professional interests in strategic planning and budgeting. Litton has served on the YMCA Board of Directors and the Town of Boiling Springs Appearance Commission. He and his wife, Kim, have one son.
