Paul Marvin Renner is an American lawyer, U.S. Navy veteran, and Republican politician who served as Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives from 2022 to 2024. A Navy veteran who served during the Gulf War and in Afghanistan, Renner earned his B.A. from Davidson College and a J.D. from the University of Florida. He was first elected to the Florida House in 2015. After his term ended in 2024, he announced his candidacy for Governor of Florida in the 2026 election.
