Phil Graves

Phil Graves, a native Utahn and long-time resident of Bountiful, is a Democratic candidate for the Utah House of Representatives District 20. He advanced from the Democratic convention in April 2026 and later without appearing on the canceled primary ballot. Graves is committed to strengthening public education, bringing about meaningful campaign finance reform to eliminate dark money from state politics, and protecting Utah's environment from polluters. He states his motivation for running is to ensure the Utah State House represents the interests of working-class families over corporations.
