Philip T. Cronan

Philip T. Cronan is running as a Judicial party candidate for Judge of the Circuit Court in Maryland's 2nd Judicial Circuit, representing Talbot County. Appointed in January 2025, Cronan serves as the County Administrative Judge for the Talbot County Circuit Court. Before joining the bench, he was a founding principal at the law firm Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A., practicing from 2010 to 2025. Cronan earned a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University, a master's from the College of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also served on the Maryland Office of the Public Defender's Board of Trustees.
