Phillip C. Jackson is a candidate for the Democratic Central Committee in Talbot County, Maryland. A Democrat and Maryland native, Jackson grew up in Severna Park before earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. In 2008, he and his wife relocated to Talbot County, where they raised their four children. Jackson previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Chesapeake Medical Imaging and later worked as a General Manager for Digital Experience at Adobe, helping government agencies leverage technology. Appointed to the Talbot County Democratic Central Committee in 2021, he ran for the Talbot County Council in 2022.
