Phyllis A. Superior

Phyllis A. Superior is the Republican candidate for Register of Wills in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Superior has served as the county's Register of Wills since December 2018. Before her election to this office, she worked as Chief Deputy Register of Wills from 2010 to 2018 and as Deputy Register of Wills from 2003 to 2010. Prior to her career in county government, Superior worked as a paralegal at a local law firm from 1996 to 2002. She earned an associate degree in paralegal studies from Charles County Community College in 1995. She also serves as a member of the Maryland Register of Wills Association.
