Ralph Smith Jr.

Ralph Smith Jr. is a current Town Commissioner for Garland, North Carolina, where he serves as the Public Works Co-Chair for Water/Sewer/Garbage, the Streets Co-Chair, and the Planning/Zoning Liaison. He is the son of the late Ralph Sanford Smith Sr., who was a long-time public servant in Garland, serving as mayor for 12 years and as a commissioner and mayor pro tem for an additional 12 years.
