Ray Fava is a Republican candidate running for election to the Carroll County Republican Central Committee in Maryland. A resident of the county, Fava lives in New Windsor with his wife, Annie, and their two daughters. He earned an associate degree in accounting from Carroll Community College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore. With a background in entrepreneurship, Fava currently works as an information technology professional. He also serves as President of the Tri-District Republican Club of Northern Carroll County. Previously, Fava ran for District 1 of the Carroll County Commission in 2022.
